3月23日，江苏扬农锦湖化工有限公司由江苏扬农化工集团和韩国锦湖韩亚集团投资组建，扬农锦湖环氧树脂产能10万吨/年正常运行。
江苏扬农锦湖三套液体环氧树脂产能17万吨/年装置开工在五成左右，订单生产为主，当前该公司环氧树脂E-51报盘在31000元/吨（净水出厂价），工厂供应紧张。
