七彩云南昆明3月19日讯（简南俊）云南省红河州公安局“平安红河”3月19日消息显示，近日，红河州河口县公安局与河口边境管理大队密切合作，成功破获一起贩毒案，抓获嫌疑人2人，缴获毒品8.47公斤，缴获毒资268万元。据拍摄画面显示，两名涉案嫌疑人均为女子，缴获现金堆如小山，共计268万。
