金融界网3月11日消息，据The Block网站报道，美国众议员Warren Davidson（R-OH）周二再次提出了代币分类法（TTA）。该立法旨在修订1934年的《证券交易法》以将数字代币与其他类型的资产区分开。
根据Davidson的说法，TTA将为数字资产提供“可行的联邦监管结构”。当前，在不同的州和机构设置各种标准的背景下，针对数字资产的监管更倾向于拼凑式监管。TTA旨在就证券法规定下的代币特征达成一致。
