北京商报讯（记者 卢扬 荣蕾）2月25日，记者从市住建委方面了解到，今年北京市将推进老旧小区改造进入新阶段，计划新开工300个老旧小区改造项目。
根据介绍，2021年北京市计划新开工300个老旧小区改造项目，约1100万平方米。
此外，还将稳步推进老楼加装电梯、央产老旧小区综合整治工作。
