赖襄，姓赖名襄，字子成，号山阳、山阳外史，通称久太郎，别号三十六峰外史，书斋名“山紫水明处”，著名汉学家。日本人，生于安永九年(1780年)，性格豪迈，著述广布，天保三年（1839年）卒，父祖皆有名。著有《日本外史》等诸多书籍。
