证券时报e公司讯，小康股份(601127)2月18日晚间公告，公司子公司SERES与ELM、FORUM于美国时间2021年2月9日，签订了意向协议《TERMSANDCONDITIONS》。ELM将采取分期付款的方式购买EVAP工厂。EVAP工厂厂房和设备的价格总计为1.45亿美元。
