新春佳节将至，为弘扬中华传统文化，增强和渲染全市的节日气氛，2月4日，施工人员在市内主干道树枝上挂起红彤彤的灯笼。记者在现场看到，施工人员借助升降设备，把街边行道树上老旧的灯笼依次换下，再重新挂上崭新的红灯笼，为即将到来的春节、藏历新年营造喜庆的节日氛围。
