近日，金乡县畜牧兽医局原局长李祥伟涉嫌受贿一案由金乡县监察委移送至金乡县人民检察院进行审查起诉。1月29日，金乡县人民检察院以涉嫌受贿罪依法对李祥伟作出逮捕决定。目前，该案正在进一步审查办理中。
