1914年10月，瓦房店发电所建成投产
1971年，瓦房店第一座220千伏松树一次变电所在松树公社茶条房大队西沟（吕别沟）的大山里开始建设，于1973年1月建成。
1986年9月16日，万宝220千伏变电站投运。
2007年8月18日，瓦房店市红沿河核电站开工建设
2010年3月13日，瓦房店500千伏变电站投运。
2013年更名为国网辽宁省电力有限公司瓦房店市供电公司。
