近日，饿了么一山西籍骑手送餐途中猝死，对此饿了么工作人员称，骑手和平台无劳动关系，只给予2000元人道主义赔偿。
8日，饿了么发声明称，对员工不当措辞深感惭愧，并称今后平台猝死保障额提至60万。本次60万抚恤金本周内将交付骑手家属。
