“一九二九不出手，三九四九冰上走……”1月8日，一年中最冷的时期"三九天"开始了。当日天气寒冷，青岛市李村河游客稀少，上游许多河面被冻实，形成十多厘米甚至更厚的冰层，有的冰面因流水急冻，顺着水流方向形成美丽壮观的花纹，引得游客止足观赏留影。
