2020年12月出生的婴儿可以延期参加2021年医疗保险。途径如下：
一、延期征收对象：2020年12月1日至12月31日出生的婴儿；
二、延期截止时间。2021年元月31日；
三、请携带新生婴儿出生证明复印件、新生儿户口页复印件，到滑县税务局(人民路与道康路交叉口往西30米路南)二楼203房间，同时缴纳医保费280元。
