2021年1月1日7时，哈市室外气温达-29℃。哈尔滨新闻网记者@牛厂长在哈尔滨防洪纪念塔广场上，实验“秒冻”鸡蛋。
记者在户外以生鸡蛋为实验品，敲碎蛋壳后直接落进不锈钢锅中，几秒后，原本还能“挣扎”流动的蛋液，迅速变成了冰冻“煎蛋”，旁边鉴证实验过程的南方游客朋友“惊呆了”。
