昌乐县教育和体育局回复说，根据山东省教育厅、人社厅《关于做好乡村学校从教30年、20年教师荣誉证书颁发工作的通知》（鲁教师字[2016]4号）文件精神，为符合条件的教师颁发荣誉证书，是对乡村教师坚守岗位、默默奉献的一种肯定。目前在评职称时，并不作能作为荣誉称号使用。如有疑问，可咨询县教育和体育局教师工作科，联系电话：6853660。
