12月21日，劳荣枝案在江西省南昌市中级人民法院开庭，劳荣枝被控故意杀人罪、绑架罪和抢劫罪。旁听庭审记者俞金旻称劳荣枝身穿黑裤子。在庭审过程宣读起诉书时，劳荣枝呈现低头哭泣状态。法庭上出示宣读的证物主要是取款凭证、劳荣枝所书写的威胁他人的一些纸条。
