为方便群众，从12月8日起，小型车辆限行时间调整为早上8时30分至晚上19时。12月6日——12月9日，为限行执行缓冲期，公安交警部门以纠正、宣传、教育为主，从12月10日开始，通过视频监控抓拍、交警流动执法车及民警路检路查、群众举报等方式，予以纠正和查处。
