11月19日下午，榆林市召开2020年第四次诚信“红黑榜”新闻发布会。榆林市中级人民法院发布了第二十四批失信被执行人“黑名单”和限制高消费令，涉及124案、184个自然人，涉案金额共计4.5亿元。
