据多位网友反映，前天中午11点左右，永嘉上塘望江北路至望江南路路段，发生了一起交通事故，一辆电动四轮车，撞到了人力三轮车，一位妇女和一个孩子被撞倒在地。
据说被撞倒的妇人当场就死了，另一个小朋友被送到了温州做手术。事故详情以相关部门公布为准！
