青州市人民检察院提起公诉的
徐法利受贿案一审作出有罪判决
近日，青州市人民检察院依法提起公诉的被告人徐法利（原临朐县人民法院四级调研员）涉嫌受贿罪一案，经青州市人民法院依法审理，一审以受贿罪判处被告人徐法利有期徒刑三年，并处罚金人民币二十万元。
