10月27日，井陉县人民政府官网发布5则征地启动公告，征地涉及四镇五村，总面积2.2733公顷（约34.1亩），开发用途全部是工矿仓储用地。
其中：
威州镇东头村和高家峪村土地3块；
南王庄乡塔寺坪村土地1块；
北正乡中乐村土地1块；
上安镇头泉村土地1块。
