据央视军事官博消息，据黎巴嫩媒体消息，黎军19日表示将开始向受贝鲁特大爆炸影响的民众发放补贴。黎总理府最高救济委员会已就此向黎军拨款1000亿黎镑。今年8月4日，贝鲁特港口区发生剧烈爆炸，造成至少190人死亡，大约30万人无家可归。
