据@平安沙坪坝 消息：10月17日13时30分许，沙坪坝区人柏某（男，29岁）在天星桥街道一小区30楼家中吸食冰毒后精神恍惚，从阳台向楼下抛撒现金。接报警后，沙坪坝区警方迅速赶到现场处置。目前，柏某因吸食毒品已被警方依法行政拘留。
