10月16日晚间，深圳航空向澎湃新闻（www.thepaper.cn）记者发来回应称，10月16日，深航西安至攀枝花ZH9247航班落地后检查发现轮胎扎伤，不符合放行标准，后续攀枝花至西安ZH9248航班取消。深航已妥善安排旅客改乘次日航班并入住酒店。同时，深航也将为需要取消行程的旅客免费办理退改签手续。
