为加强文物保护利用和文化遗产保护传承，10月12日，孟庙孟府孟林修缮三期工程正式开工。该修缮工程将严格遵循不改变文物现状、最小干预等文物保护原则，精心组织实施，确保文物万无一失。
据了解，“三孟”修缮三期工程经国家和省文物局批准实施，总投资600余万元，计划工期260天，将对孟庙棂星门、孟府世恩堂、孟林墓门等文物建筑进行修缮。
