2020年9月30日，深圳市盐田区人民检察院以涉嫌组织他人偷越边境罪批准逮捕犯罪嫌疑人邓某某、乔某某，以涉嫌偷越边境罪批准逮捕犯罪嫌疑人李某某、黄某某等10人。目前，案件正在进一步侦查中。
