日前，市中交警大队喻屯中队在辖区巡逻时发现，一辆轿车因与其他发生刮擦导致无法启动。执勤人员宋天赐、刘福奥两人随即上前帮驾驶员更换轮胎、挪移车辆，过路的群众也伸出援手，共同帮驾驶员摆脱了困境。
