记者从东河交管大队了解到，在东河交管大队收到蒙西热力关于东门外大街供热管网建设占道封闭施工的申请函后，东河交管大队组织专门人员对上述路段实地查看，提出并实施施工封闭道路交通管控方案。
据了解，此次施工时间为8月31日至10月28日，历时近两个月。施工方式为封闭东门外大街与阿尔善大街交叉口东侧道路进行供热管网建设。
