8月10日17时许至22时许，甘肃省定西市岷县普降大到暴雨，引发山洪灾害，造成2人失踪。位于岷县东南部的禾驮镇、申都乡、茶埠镇3个乡镇受灾较为严重，多地房屋倒塌、电力中断、道路桥梁损毁。
