流通协会调查显示，今年7月全国总指数为62.7%，北区指数为59.7%、东区指数为67.8%，西区指数为60.1%、南区指数为57.8%。流通协会相关负责人表示，东区部分补贴政策回收，市场透支及厂家任务过高，库存压力较大；西区疫情、汛情抑制需求回暖致使库存增加。
