三言财经 7月24日消息，据上证报报道，工信部副部长辛国斌23日在国务院新闻办发布会上表示，新能源已经成为引领汽车产业转型升级的一个重要力量。工信部制定了《新能源汽车产业发展规划（2021-2035年）》，目前规划已经上报国务院。
