7月20日下午，县委副书记、政府代县长任光耀主持召开县人民政府党组第8次会议，政府常务副县长李明，副县长郑海生、贺建强、政府党组成员冯鑫参加会议，政府副县长段凤萍列席会议。
根据县委常委会提名，会议同意免去赵刚同志的县发改局局长职务，并提请县人大常委会决定；决定免去赵文杰同志的县退役军人事务局副局长职务。
