海丰县红城大道东至城东段道路改造升级工程，道路起于红城大道与324国道交叉口，止于规划北四环路口，道路全长约4.29公里。设计路面拓宽至45米，双向6车道。目前，该项目拆迁等前期准备工作已经完成。
