近日，有市民咨询李沧区重庆中路以东、振华路以南、绿地香颂以西未建设空地的用途及规划。
经青岛市自然资源和规划局最新落实，依据《李沧区李村中心片区控规》，李沧区重庆中路以东、振华路以南、绿地香颂以西地块规划用地性质为商业商务用地；李沧区君峰路以西、绿地香颂以南地块规划用地性质为商住用地。
