昨中午经过南充果山公园附近时，发现图中街巷的路面上遍地都是水，简直让人无法下脚！真是忍不住想吐槽句，大南充是怎么了？不要光是这里改造，那里提升，对于老城区一些关系到基本民生的的基础设施，才是更应该予以改造提升！
