2020年5月1日，湖南长沙一小区拿出物业自管积余的钱，给每户业主发放面值500元的超市消费卡。小区业委会主任称，业主们受疫情影响有一定的经济损失，经过讨论后，物业从小区公共收益里拿出10万余元给业主发福利。
