《侠盗猎车手4：完整版》售价99元（原价格95元，上涨4元），游戏包含《侠盗猎车手4 》和《自由城之章》，并且原游戏的存档可与完整版兼容。
已拥有游戏的玩家可免费更新至完整版。原版游戏玩家会下载约6 GB的内容（其中包括自由城之章），《自由城之章》玩家会下载约22 GB内容。
