中国铁路沈阳局集团有限公司官方微博16日晚间发布消息称，9月16日20时17分左右，秦沈线锦州南站至盘锦北站间发生设备故障，铁路部门正在全力处置。受此影响，Z102次、T244次、G1225次、G1295次、D51次等列车不同程度晚点运行。
