2019年，工行内蒙古分行积极调整借记卡产品定位，陆续推出工银麒麟卡、新版宝贝成长卡、故宫主题借记卡等一系列高端主题卡，用文化创意为传统借记卡产品赋能，积极拓展中高端客户，打造精品借记卡工程，收到了显著成效。
该行全量借记卡、特色借记卡、行业主题借记卡全面发展，多点开花。
截至8月上旬，借记卡本年新增发卡突破100万张，创历年最好成绩。
