白萝卜丸原料：白萝卜、鸡蛋、葱花、面粉。做法步骤：
第1步、萝卜洗净刨丝，一小勺盐洒上。
第2步、加入一个鸡蛋，葱花。调入五香粉，酱油，胡椒。
第3步、加入面粉调稠一点，拌匀。
第4步、油温八成热，用勺子把面糊挖成圆形入锅炸，调成中火炸至金黄就熟了。
