59岁张大叔抽搐发作近30年，还伴随头晕头痛，一直以为是癫痫并服用药物。近日，他在广州化验发现是裂头蚴寄生虫感染，医生做手术从他颅内取出一条10厘米活虫。医生介绍，吃生水或没煮熟的青蛙、蛇容易出现寄生虫的感染。目前，患者已基本康复。
