男子与同伴打猎误将同伴当野兔射杀，法院这么判！
江西芦溪男子付某，非法持有两支以火药为动力的枪支，狩猎时将同伴误当“兔子”射杀。近日，芦溪法院审结该案，付某因犯过失致人死亡罪，被判2年6个月；犯非法持有枪支罪，被判1年6个月，数罪并罚，决定执行有期徒刑3年3个月。
