近40年的小区，本想着能拆除重建，但是现在好像不搞大拆大建了。
最近在搞老小区改造，好吧，你改造也好，为什么只
把临街的一幢楼重新做了外粉刷！还统一给安装防盗网....
专门问了下，
小区里边的楼房不做外粉刷了.....
只要面子不要里了呀！
