5月10日，池州市人民检察院以涉嫌徇私枉法罪依法对充当涉黑案件“保护伞”的石台县人民法院民二庭庭长陈守贵立案侦查。
5月12日，犯罪嫌疑人陈守贵被刑事拘留。
目前案件正在侦查中。
