日本政府通过向基层人类安全项目提供赠款援助，为三个保健中心和四个供水系统提供了价值414,128美元的赠款援助。
赠款合同昨天在万象签署，由日本驻老挝大使馆临时代办古野和弘先生与项目实施地区和省级卫生厅的代表共同签署。
卫生中心的建设将在乌多姆塞省、沙拉湾省以及占巴塞省的部分地区实施。
