2月13日至14日我县迎来第一场春雪。为改善空气质量，增加土壤墒情，气象局抓住有利时机，于13日11时16分到11时17分，19时07分到19时08分两次在白楼作业点开展人工增雪作业，共发射火箭弹6枚。受自然降水和人工增雪共同影响下，截至14日11时，我县降水6.0毫米，雪深5厘米，改善了空气质量、增加了土壤墒情。
