今年2月，广西18岁少女陆某怀疑被人抄袭自己原创的“社会摇”舞步，组织同伙约100人持刀具、钢管等，与对方组织的20余人互殴，事件造成附近路段交通暂时中断。近日，该案一审宣判，陆某因系主犯获刑8年。
