2018年12月9日9时18分许，杨X忠（男，本市人）驾驶冀A09719号奥迪牌小客车，由南向北行驶至裕华区谈固东街与隆泰路口时与多车、多人相撞。该事故造成两人当场死亡，五人送医院检查，（其中一人左上臂骨折、一人头面部外伤，其余人员均无大碍），四辆机动车、三辆非机动车不同程度受损。
目前，事故伤者已分别送医检查、治疗。肇事驾驶人杨X忠已被警方控制，事故具体情况正在进一步调查、处理中。
