成都麓湖生态城——一座以稀缺生态资源为基底，聚合高端居住、高端产业及休闲娱乐配套为一体的国际化新城。该项目是麓湖生态城1期湖岸线改造计划的一部分，整个改造计划是要通过一系列滨水开放空间的改造，强化人的可达性、参与感和舒适度，强化麓湖生态城的轻度假氛围。目前实施的是郎酒总部办公滨湖的一段步行及自行车道。
Based on scarce ecological resources, Luxuelakes Eco City is designed to be a new international town integrating residence, business, recreation and entertainment. The project is part of the lake shore renovation which aims to enhance the holiday atmosphere of Luxulakes Eco City and make it more accessible, inviting and comfortable with a series of open waterfront spaces. At present, in the Langjiu Headquarter, a walking path and bike lane along the lake is under construction.
设计团队在开始介入项目时，郎酒总部的整个建筑外立面已经基本收尾，湖面已经形成的驳岸，原则上不能再改动；湖面已有的一座桥和码头也属于基础结构，因此设计团队需要在现状的基础上进行改造并捏合到整体的设计中。
When GVL got involved in the project, the exterior facades of Langjiu Headquarter buildings had already been finished and the revetment, a bridge and a dock had also been built over the lake. Therefore, the design team had to conduct the renovation based on the existing structure and create an integrated environment.
郎酒总部的建筑是非常现代的设计风格，其临湖一侧是连续的自由立面，场地竖向的最大落差超过10米，进深最窄的位置不过20米，因此相对较窄的陆域腹地尺度将与挺拔的建筑体量和开阔的湖面尺度形成鲜明的对比，人行走在这个界面，会有比较强烈的空间压迫感，因此如何通过景观设计转化这种感受，是设计团队面临的最大问题。
The modern Langjiu headquarter stands by the lake with free continuous facade. The site provides an elevation difference of more than 10 m and the narrowest part is only 20m wide, thus compared with the towering building and the open lake, it may make people feel oppressed. Therefore, how to remove the sense of constriction using landscape design became the biggest problem to solve.
概念缘起
Inspiration
四川古蔺县二郎古镇——郎酒发源地——典型的西南山地建设形态，很多建筑都是顺着山地坡势展开，在不经意的沿路探头出去常常能看到下面的坡屋顶，能够很好地契合地形地势。设计团队提炼此处山地聚落丰富的步行体验元素，选择积极的方式与建筑进行对话，呈现出一系列转折形态的路径和界面，也因此确定了“折线公园”的名称。
Located in the typical mountainous area Gulan County of Sichuan——the hometown of the famous Langjiu wine, where most of the buildings are arranged following the topography. Referring to the rich walking experience in the southwest mountains, the design dialogues with the architecture actively, presenting a series of zigzag routes and interfaces. That’s why the project is called Zigzag Park.
当确定了设计方向之后，设计团队将行走动线与两侧地形的标高局部脱开压低或抬起，得到一个部分区段被挡墙限定的类似甬道的坡道，在重要的沿湖节点位置设置朝湖面的视线打开形成停留的小“坝子”，步行者的视线和视野会因为挡墙的控制形成丰富的差异化体验。
With the idea of “zigzag park” in mind, the design team has separated the walking system from its surroundings and formed a ramp which is partly limited by the retaining wall. Small dams are set to face the big lake, providing rich walking experience and different views.
滨水建筑对一线湖景资源的诉求以及狭窄的陆域进深，导致很难利用植物层次来造景，因此设计团队决定延续建筑漂浮屋顶的设计理念，沿湖再置入一个与建筑屋顶相呼应的景观构筑物——折廊，它的位置选在下坡来到湖面标高的位置，作为承载人们行走至湖边短暂休息停留的观景处，它的存在可以使得近距离体验和远距离观感都得到恰当的尺度参照。
In consideration of the appeal for lake views and the limitation of the narrow and long site, the team decided to continue the design idea of the “floating roof” and create a zigzag gallery to echo the roof. The gallery runs along the slope and down to the lakeside, allowing people to experience the water closely or enjoy the lake views from a distance.
折廊设计
Folded Bridge Designing
折廊有两个维度的设计逻辑，其一是它必须具备一定的体量，才能在置入后起到协调建筑环境空间尺度的目的；其二是从近人尺度看它，又不应构成对湖岸建筑之间的视线障碍。这两个逻辑之间存在一定的矛盾性，因此设计团队最终选用钢构折廊的方式完成这个设计，钢结构能够提供更加灵活的大跨度空间，可以避免常规承重墙柱对滨水环境中视线的分隔和遮挡；构筑物表皮选用耐候钢板和镜面钢板，耐候钢可以呼应建筑屋顶的色调同时，也能很好地契合湖对岸麓湖艺展中心外墙的红砂岩板，形成一个比较融洽的建筑对话环境，而天花镜面钢的使用能够将周遭的环境戏剧化地呈现出来，给来到此处的人们带来独特的感官体验。
The gallery must be designed with a proper volume to harmonize the surroundings and avoid blocking the view at the same time. To reach a balance between these to requirements, the team finally chose the steel structure for the gallery which will not only provide more flexible long-span space but also avoid sight blocking. The skin is designed with the mirror steel plates and the weather-proof steel plates whose color well matches the roof color and the red sandstone wall of the Luhu Art Exhibition Center across the lake. The mirror steel ceiling presents the surrounding environment in a dramatic way, providing unique experience for the visitors.
折桥改造
Folded Bridge Transforming
折桥是原有的水上结构，设计难点在于在荷载的约束下塑造出水上构筑物的灵动特质，最终设计团队选择用覆膜白玻璃和冲孔板结合的轻质表皮结构替代绝大部分的桥面扶手栏杆，维护栏杆演变的钢龙骨体系为塑形提供了一定的结构灵活度，与环境明暗调有高度反差的表皮又进一步强化了结构的轻盈质感。
The folded bridge over the lake is kept. To make it look more elegant and dynamic, the team replaces most handrails with the light structure made of coated white glass and punched plates. The steel joist enhances the flexibility of the structure and the special-colored skin material further highlights its lightness.
景观的作用应该是通过与建筑环境的积极对话，为人们提供更多的视角，带来更多的趣味体验，通过不同材质的运用以及光影的变化，完成空间构想。在本案的设计中，由于建筑与湖面的关系，留出的陆域面积较小，为化解人们身在其中的不适，以及增加更为丰富的体验感，景观设计师依据现有地形特点，进行了折线的设计。从湖面的角度，看到的是自然有机的形态；而人在岸上，才可以看到折线的多视角景观，真正做到建筑与景观和谐相融，景观与自然和谐相融。
The landscape should dialogue with the surrounding buildings and provide more views and fun experiences by employing different materials as well lights and shadows. As for this project, the land between the buildings and the lake is limited, which may make people feel repressed and uncomfortable. To avoid these feelings and provide more colorful experience, the designers created the folded park according to the site conditions. Seen from the lake, the zigzag park looks natural and dynamic; walking along the bank, one can enjoy more variable lake views. The landscape is in perfect harmony with the architecture and nature.
成都麓湖生态城
Luxuelakes Eco City, Chengdu
麓湖位于成都天府大道两侧，是天府新区内优先呈现的生态示范区。麓湖生态城，是一座以生态资源为底座，聚合居住、产业及休闲娱乐配套为一体的新城。麓湖引都江堰之水，依浅丘地形自然成湖，湖域面积约2100亩，成为麓湖产业及住宅中非常重要的生态基底。麓湖携手中科院南京地理与湖泊研究所，对区域水生态进行了研究与保护性修复，后期由专业水环境团队管理维护。麓湖前期由近50个设计机构，100余位设计人员打造。
Luhu Lake is located along Tianfu Avenue, Chengdu, being the ecological demonstration area in Tianfu New District. Based on the superior ecological resources, Luxuelakes Eco City is a new town integrating residence, business and recreation. With Dujiangyan as its source, Luhu Lake covers an area of 2,100 mu, which is of great importance for the surrounding industries and residences. In cooperation with Nanjing Institute of Geography & Limnology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Luxuelakes has studied and restored the aquatic ecology and will put it under professional management and maintenance. The design of Luxuelakes Eco City is undertaken by almost 50 design firms and 100 designers.
