面拖鱼柳
1.龙利鱼柳化冻,洗净滤干水分;
2.切片,放入盆里;
4.准备两个鸡蛋;
5.容器里放入淀粉、面粉、泡打粉再打上两个鸡蛋;
6.放适量水、盐搅拌均匀,拌成面糊;
7.将腌制过鱼柳放人面糊中挂糊;
8.中小火油锅烧热,
9.放入挂过糊的鱼柳;
10.中小火炸到金黄色,出锅;
11.装盘,配上一小碟香醋即可上桌。
