大众网淄博5月8日讯(记者 丁稳)近日，淄博市中级人民法院公布了26名“老赖”。这26名被执行人不履行人民法院已经生效的判决、裁定，现依照相关规定予以公告。仍不履行的，法院将依法对其拘留、罚款，构成犯罪的，依法以拒不执行判决、裁定罪追究其刑事责任。
